quick post, so that i can get back to it before i lose my motivational drive again - it's already eluded me several times thus far this semester:
i think my problem up till now has been visual style and trying to tie it all together somehow.
so, i saw this awesome screensaver on the ford focus, which had flickery stuff as well, and i was somewhat inspired by it, cos it was using the same technique i was already using with the flickering gundam. they used it for framing their shots for their screensaver, so i tested it out in flash. i really liked it. so i made my own versions ^^
oh, and another thing that struck me - why does it have to be an ad? why *can't* it be a screensaver too? so it is now a screensaver - makes it easier in terms of the cutting.
that's it for now.
oh! and one last thing - for some reason, from reading the course description before i chose this subject last year, i was under the impression that we'd be making cool 3D screensavers and stuff... with animated 3D models and stuff... well, i suppose minus the 3D component, it'd be a good idea to go with the screensavers!
